Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Architectural Intelligence ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website www.archin.tel. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, service interest, and any additional message you include. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our services, and communicate with you about potential engagements.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information to understand how visitors use our site and to measure advertising performance. This includes:
- Page and event data: Pages visited, referral source (how you found us), time spent on each page, and interactions such as form submissions or button clicks.
- Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, device type (desktop or mobile), preferred language, and timezone. This information is recorded with a random, anonymous visitor identifier that is generated in your browser's local storage (see Section 5). That identifier is not derived from your device attributes and, on its own, is not linked to your name or email.
- Geographic location: Country, region, and city-level location, derived from your network connection at the edge level. We do not store your full precise IP address in our analytics system — it is one-way hashed before storage.
- Assessment responses: If you use our on-site assessment, your multiple-choice answers (such as industry, team size, and biggest bottleneck) are recorded with the anonymous visitor identifier so we can understand and improve the funnel. The name, business name, and email you enter to book a call are not stored in our analytics — they are used only to deliver your request to us and to schedule your call (see Section 4).
Information Collected by Third Parties
Third-party services embedded on our site (described in Section 4) may independently collect information through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, subject to their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- To evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business needs
- To provide, maintain, and improve our consulting services
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve the experience
- To measure the effectiveness and return on investment of our advertising campaigns
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity on our website
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: When you voluntarily submit information through our contact form.
- Legitimate interest: To operate, analyze, and improve our website and business, and to measure advertising effectiveness, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process data:
- Google Ads and Google Tag (gtag.js): We use Google's advertising platform to run search ads and track conversions (such as form submissions). Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. The Google tag on our site transmits conversion events to Google when you complete specific actions. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
- Resend: Contact and assessment submissions are transmitted through Resend for transactional email delivery to us. Contact details are used to deliver the inquiry and are not written to our first-party analytics.
- Calendly: When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name and email you provide to schedule are processed by Calendly to create and manage your appointment, governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including IP addresses for security, performance, and abuse prevention purposes, governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies: Our website uses cookies set by Google for advertising and analytics purposes. These cookies help measure ad performance and may be used to serve relevant ads on other sites you visit.
Local storage: We use your browser's localStorage to maintain a random, anonymous visitor identifier, preserve first- and last-touch landing-page, campaign, and industry attribution, remember your analytics opt-out preference, and prevent repeat visits to the booking-confirmation page from being counted more than once. These values do not contain your name, email address, or business name and persist until you clear your browser data.
How to control cookies: You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit certain website functionality. Most browsers also allow you to clear localStorage data through their developer tools or privacy settings.
6. Opting Out of Analytics
You may opt out of our internal analytics tracking by visiting our website with the parameter ?notrack=1 appended to the URL (e.g., www.archin.tel/?notrack=1). Once activated, this opt-out persists across visits on that device. To opt out of Google's tracking, use the tools linked in Section 4 above.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT signals, and our website does not currently alter its data collection practices based on DNT signals. You can use the opt-out mechanism described in Section 6 to disable our analytics tracking.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With the third-party services listed in Section 4, solely to the extent necessary to operate our website and measure advertising performance.
- Legal requirements: When disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- Protection of rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business, in which case your information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective.
9. Data Retention
Analytics data stored in our internal system is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, data is securely deleted.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Network identifiers are cryptographically hashed before storage
- Raw IP addresses are not stored in our analytics system
- Access to analytics data is restricted and protected by authentication
- Third-party services are selected for their security practices
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days as required by law.
12. Your Rights (General)
Regardless of your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
13. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
14. International Data
Our website is hosted on a global content delivery network (Cloudflare). If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using our website, you acknowledge this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
